Medical Career College of Northern California is seeking a Director for our Limited Permit X-ray Program in Roseville, CA. Daily Responsibilities: Develop and oversee the Limited Permit X-ray Program curriculum Provide instruction and mentorship to students Coordinate clinical placements and internships Ensure program compliance with accreditation standards Participate in program evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives Required Skills: ARRT Certified with experience in Radiology Tech Proficiency in Diagnostic Imaging Knowledge of Diagnostic X-Ray and Diagnostic Radiology CRT State of California Experience in outpatient facilities Bachelor's Degree Team Player with Personality and Approachability Excellent Communication Skills Passion for the Profession of Radiology and Mentoring Entry Level professionals Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary: $90,000.00 Maximum Salary: $110,000.00 Benefits: 403(b) retirement plan, Flexible Schedules, Work From Home options, Paid Time Off Company Information: Medical Career College of Northern California was originally founded as Medical Career College of Northern California in October 2003 by Diane Morgan, CRT and Joan Lukkonen, RN. In June 2006, the school was incorporated. The institution became institutionally accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) in December 2007. In June 2014, the school was purchased by Weston Educational, Inc. and under the new ownership, the school's name was changed to Heritage College. On September 11, 2015, the school was purchased by Diane Morgan and was recognized by ABHES in a letter dated September 30, 2015 as the new owner and has changed the name of the school back to Medical Career College of Northern California. The school is approved to award certificates in the following programs: Medical Assistant with Limited Permit X-ray Technician and Limited Permit X-ray Technician. The school has remained in continuous operation since 2003.
