We are hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a growing team in Clifton Park.

Schedule
First shift: Mon – Fri; with shifts starting between 5/6am (may be flexible) – 3/4/5pm
45+ hours guaranteed, OT always available (most work 50+ hours/week)
No “on-call” rotation. No weekends required.
What You'll Do
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyors, shredders, balers, compactors, sorters, and other production equipment
Perform PMs, some installations and repairs on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems (as well as some welding & fabrication)
Diagnose and repair motors, gearboxes, pumps, valves, and electrical components while reading blueprints and manuals
Document completed work and keep equipment operating safely with minimal downtime
What We're Looking For
Experience performing maintenance in an industrial setting
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with experience on conveyors, motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, (and welding experience preferred)
Ability to read blueprints or electrical and hydraulic manuals
Dependable team player with a positive attitude who takes pride in quality work
