Registered Nurse (RN)

Our organization is in search of a dedicated Registered Nurse who is passionate about providing exceptional, resident-focused care within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The RN will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating and revising care plans, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to assist both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.

• Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health status.
• Develop and regularly update individualized care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain precise electronic medical record (EMR) documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families.

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
