Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage clinic operations, ensuring overall patient and employee satisfaction, as well as evaluating and treating patients
  • Supervise clinic staff, including another physical therapist and a front office Care Coordinator, while coordinating staff vacations, coverage, scheduling, and management
  • Conduct financial reviews and analyses of monthly accounting income statements

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist or eligibility to obtain licensure in Idaho
  • A strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care

Compensation: $95,000 - $110,000, plus productivity incentives. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match.
