NIGHT SHIFT - Production Associate

Job Title: Night Shift Production Associate (Packaging / Forklift)
Pay: $20.25/hr — Weekly Pay
Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Night Shift)
Overtime: May be required based on production needs (as late as 11:00 AM)
Location: In person

• TWIC(Transportation Worker Identification Credential) Requirement - TWIC is required for the worksite.
• Candidates are welcome to apply if they already have a TWIC OR are eligible and able to obtain one (you must be able to secure your TWIC upon successful interview.) (Cost of obtaining TWIC Certification will be covered by us)

About the role
We’re hiring a Night Shift Production Associate to operate packaging equipment and support the manufacturing of finished lubricant products safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and environmental standards.

Responsibilities
Operate and monitor packaging/filling equipment safely and efficiently
Fill containers ranging from 4 oz to 55 gallons, case-pack as needed, and palletize finished product

• Stage and move materials/finished pallets using a forklift (experience required; certification not required)
• Perform and document quality checks to ensure product meets specifications
• Inspect containers/materials for defects and report issues
• Accurately track finished product produced and raw materials used
• Follow all PPE, safety, and HSEQ policies (industrial environment with heat/noise; occasional heights/confined spaces)

Requirements
Forklift experience required (certification not required)
TWIC card - Or ability to obtain.
Able to work overnight hours and occasional overtime

• Ability to lift up to 25 to 50 pounds and stand/walk throughout shift
• Attention to detail for labeling, counts, and quality checks
