Plumbing Service Technician (Commission-Based)

We are a marketing and dispatch company that generates plumbing leads and schedules jobs for our plumbers. We handle the marketing, customer acquisition, scheduling, and administrative work so you can focus on what you do best—servicing customers and getting paid.

As a plumbing technician, your responsibility is to travel to scheduled service calls, diagnose and complete plumbing repairs, collect payment, and provide excellent customer service. We currently service the Saginaw, Midland, and Bay City areas.

What to Expect:

• 1–5 dispatched jobs per day (varies by demand)
• Flexible schedule
• No marketing or advertising required
• No need to find your own customers
• We handle dispatching and customer communication

Compensation:

• Materials are deducted from the total job.
• Labor is split 60/40 (60% to the plumber, 40% to the company).
• For jobs with less than $200 in labor, the split is 70/30 (70% to the plumber, 30% to the company).
