Hourly Wage: $36.00–$49.16
Gross Earnings per 12-Hour Shift: $432.00–$589.92 (before taxes and deductions; overtime compensated as per applicable laws)

ResponsibilitiesThe Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering safe, patient-centered care within the Oncology/Infusion Center, providing direct patient care in line with clinical standards and scope of practice. This includes administering chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and infusion treatments to adult oncology patients diagnosed with malignancies.
- Deliver direct care to oncology patients in an infusion environment.
- Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, immunotherapy, and IV infusions according to established protocols.
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor treatment responses and side effects.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and symptom management.
- Ensure compliance with oncology safety standards and hazardous drug handling procedures.
- Communicate clinical changes, lab results, and diagnostic findings to physicians.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold HIPAA compliance.
- Collaborate with the oncology care team to coordinate treatment and supportive care.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Training:
- Must possess a current and valid state RN License.
- Current BLS (AHA) certification required upon hire and must be maintained.
- Oncology Nursing Certification is preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
