The Site Experience Attendant (SEA) is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout every stage of the car wash visit. This role combines customer service, membership sales, tunnel operations, and site maintenance into one dynamic position designed to provide operational flexibility and an outstanding experience for team members and customers alike.
Site Experience Attendants rotate between multiple work areas throughout the day, supporting business needs while developing a broad skill set. This role plays a critical part in growing Caliber's Limitless Wash Club membership program and is eligible to participate in the company's membership commission program.
The essential functions of this role include, but are not limited to the following:
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a passion for serving customers.
Comfortable recommending memberships and additional services.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to safety and operational procedures.
Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to learn multiple operational functions through cross-training.
