Your Role: Identify and generate new leads in restoration services, build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, realtors, property owners, and managers, represent CAMCO at networking events and industry functions, track and manage your sales pipeline with CRM tools, collaborate with our production team to ensure client satisfaction, meet and exceed sales targets to drive business growth

What We're Looking For: 3+ years of sales or business development experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, self-motivated, independent, and goal-oriented, knowledge of restoration, insurance, or property management (preferred), valid driver's license and reliable transportation
