Customer Service Representative

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to support customers with their accounts, billing inquiries, and service requests. This role is focused on delivering a positive customer experience from onboarding through ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions via phone, email, and chat
• Assist with billing inquiries, payments, and account updates
• Resolve customer issues and provide follow-up support
• Process account changes and cancellations
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Service Delivery)

Qualifications

Customer service or call center experience

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable handling billing questions
