Job Summary

Responds to and consistently meets the needs of internal clients. Supports and cultivates new ideas and methods to deliver business solutions. Identifies ways to increase efficiencies or improve product or service. Delivers assignments/projects on time and completes all aspects before delivering to internal clients. Clearly communicates programs/services to necessary people, seeks their support and keeps them informed of changes that may impact the business. Keeps track of existing products/services and/or progress on new initiatives. Prepares project plans that aid in moving project forward. Stays up to date with the latest developments in the profession. Develops skills to handle increasingly complex matters. Complies with and upholds company expectations including Code of Commitment, policies, procedures, industry regulations, department goals and business strategy. Politely gives consistent, timely and accurate information and finds answer when unsure. Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills and acts as a positive role model for all internal and external guests. Starting Salary $65,000

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

Assists in the development of Asian Customer Development strategies by making recommendations. Continuously monitors profitability of customers in relationship to complimentary goods and services for assigned area of responsibility. Thorough knowledge of the Casino Control Act and attendant regulations. Ensures that his/her qualified players are properly treated and that all pertinent information regarding these players is recorded and entered into the computer. Responsible for meeting assigned goals and objectives. May interact with slot department personnel to ensure a satisfactory guest experience. This position is not authorized to issue cash comps of $10,000 or more pursuant to N.J.A.C. 19:41-1.1. Position is designated as Atlantic City Operations for cross-property marketing purposes.

What You Will Need

Knowledge of player services and casino rating system. Good communication skills; bilingual. At least three (3) years in a related capacity. Excellent customer service and problem solving skills. NJ CER LICENSE REQUIRED
