Job Description: Minimum Qualifications: Education: High school graduate or equivalent education/experience that equates to a high school diploma

Experience:

• Experience working in a customer service related field
• Experience with recordkeeping and/or documentation

• Experience working with confidential information
• Experience working with veterans' affairs or other government regulated programs
• Experience with and knowledge of chapter benefits within the VA system
• Experience with higher education and university policies and procedures
