Plaintiff Litigation Medical Malpractice Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Personal Injury Paralegal/Legal Assistant with medical malpractice experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to partner attorney and assisting with the preparation and management of legal cases from inception to settlement or trial.

Responsibilities

• - Assist with the preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• - Manage and maintain accurate records and files related to cases
• - Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders to gather information and communicate case updates
• - Conduct organizational tasks, including calendar management and scheduling appointments
• - Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

Qualifications

• - High School graduate
• - Experience in a legal setting in personal injury/medical malpractice .
• - Ability to conduct thorough legal research
• - Strong organizational and time management skills
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
