Finance Officer

Best S.T.E.P. Forward is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Finance Officer to manage our financial operations and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Monitor budgets and expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Proficient in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Excel).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.

This is a part-time, hybrid position requiring one mandatory in-office day per week
