About Our Cancer Institute:
Our Cancer Institute, a division of our hospital, offers comprehensive screening, multidisciplinary care, personalized treatment options, and survivorship support for every patient. Our team includes medical oncologists, hematologists, surgical oncologists, gynecologic oncologists, and radiation oncologists, each specializing in various cancer types, including breast, lung, gastrointestinal, liver, brain, gynecologic, hematologic malignancies, melanoma, and urologic cancers.
We lead in innovation by providing the region's only precision oncology program for advanced cancers, staffed by clinical oncologists skilled in genomic sequencing and computational biology. Our facility was the first in the U.S. dedicated solely to the comprehensive care of Stage 4 breast cancer and pioneered the introduction of 3D mammography in the region, boasting the largest network of such centers. Our robust research program includes GOG, industry, and investigator-initiated clinical trials.
