Gynecologic Oncologist

Our organization, located in the picturesque La Crosse, Wisconsin, is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic BC/BE Gynecologic Oncologist to become part of our multidisciplinary team. You will collaborate with 15 OB/GYN physician colleagues, including an advanced gynecologic surgeon, as well as a group of cancer specialists. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing practice focused on enhancing surgical and radiation services for patients in our area.

• A collaborative team comprising gynecologic surgeons, radiation oncologists, medical oncologists, and advanced practice clinicians, with additional organizational support.

• A well-established multidisciplinary clinic dedicated to gynecologic malignancies, featuring a weekly tumor board.

• Advanced practice clinicians play a vital role in assessing new patients, managing post-operative care, cancer surveillance, and survivorship programs.

• Surgical facilities equipped with da Vinci robotic systems.

• Coverage for one hospital in La Crosse, Wisconsin, with opportunities for telemedicine consultations.

• Our Cancer Center is set to broaden treatment options for patients in the region by introducing advanced brachytherapy for cervical, endometrial, and vaginal cancers starting in 2025.

• Research opportunities are available through our medical foundation.

• We serve as a teaching institution affiliated with the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.

We are in search of a physician who is passionate about treating patients with complex benign and malignant conditions, particularly in underserved populations. The perfect candidate will possess a solid surgical background, be comfortable working independently, and demonstrate confidence in leading their team.
