Family Assistant/Household Manager

A caring, organized, and active person is wanted to help a single father and his 12-year-old daughter with the daily running of our home and family life.

**About the role**

This is a central, trusted position in our household. You'll help keep our home running smoothly and be a steady, positive presence for my daughter. Responsibilities include a mix of:

• Household management and light housekeeping — tidying, cleaning, laundry, errands, groceries, meal prep
• Supporting my daughter with homework, projects, and driving her to activities
• Taking my daughter on fun outings and activities (hikes, biking, snorkeling, parks, museums, and the like)
• Planning and organizing family travel, and traveling with us to help things go smoothly. We travel frequently for leisure to various fun locations in the world. Most trips are 1 week or less but sometimes last a month.
• General personal-assistant tasks

**About you**

• Genuinely enjoys being around children and can build trust with a preteen
• Reliable, organized, honest, and able to take initiative
• Healthy and active — comfortable keeping up with outdoor activities like hiking and full, busy days
• Comfortable supporting our family's faith and values. Ideally a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record; current passport; able to pass a background check
• Bonus but not required - proficient in 2nd language and loves playing pickleball

• Full-time or part-time
• Location: Sierra Vista, Arizona
• Compensation: $20- $35 per hour depending on experience, education, and background.
• Travel expenses covered when travelling with our family.
• Start date: Aug 2026
