LNA's- Mayo Rehabilitation and Continuing Care -Full-Time-Days-EveningsWe currently have full-time LNA positions available on Days and Evenings.
12 hour shifts also available.
Every other weekend and one or more holidays per year required. Responsible for delivering direct care to frail, elderly residents in a long-term care and short-term rehab not-for-profit facility. Direct care includes bathing, dressing, assistance with feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and grooming. Competitive wages up to 30.00 an hour depending on experience.
Base pay up to $30.00 hr.

PCA or LNA positions available at Mayo Residential Care. Provide direct care for elders living in a residential care home. Also have the possible opportunity to work 12-hour split shifts such as 3:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. or 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Mayo is looking for motivated individuals that wish to become an LNA.
As a Geri Aide you would be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our residents and staff.
This position includes making beds, transporting residents to meals, helping with daily activities, supporting the nursing and activity department as delegated.
Once the LNA class begins you will transition to the classroom where you will learn all the key competencies of becoming an LNA.
Once the LNA class has been successfully completed you will test for your LNA License.
$18.00 to $20.00

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Director to provide clinical leadership and oversight for our skilled nursing and long-term care facility. This unique opportunity requires approximately 8 hours per month and offers the flexibility to work 4 hours on site and 4 hours remotely. This would be ideal for a retired or semi-retired physician looking to remain engaged in patient care and healthcare leadership or if you are just looking for a meaningful part-time role.
The Medical Director serves as a key member of the interdisciplinary leadership team, helping to ensure quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence. The role provides professional guidance to medical staff and collaborates with facility leadership to support resident outcomes and quality initiatives.
Salary is 3K a month

Responsibilities- Provide medical oversight and clinical guidance to the facility
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities
- Assist with development and review of clinical policies and procedures
- Support compliance with federal and state regulations
- Attend periodic meetings with facility leadership and clinical staff

- Current physician license in the State of Vermont
