Full Job Description:
Salary information:
- Annualized salary of $220,000.00 – $240,000.00 (If bilingual and board certified, candidate will be at the top end of the salary range)
- A sign on bonus of $20,000.00 will be paid in one lump sum for 2 years.
- Will pay a differential hourly rate on Saturdays. (Office is currently open Saturday from 8am – 12pm. The physicians rotate Saturdays) Extra $550.00 for 12 day
- Bonus program up to $24,000.00 annually

- Malpractice insurance will be paid by the Medical Group.
- Eligibility for enrollment into the Medical Group’s health and benefit plans which include:
- UnitedHealth Care health insurance, dental and vision insurance (requiring a contribution by you based on your coverage level)
- Coverage of one-time your annual salary Basic Life and AD&D up to $200k (100% employer paid)
- Aflac – supplemental insurance (no contribution from employer).
- 401(k) plan with company matching. (Available after 90 days)
- CME annual allowance of $500.00.
- Renewal payment of medical state license, DEA, and NICA.
- 136 hours of Paid Time Off
- One floating holiday
- One week of paid time off for CME
- Ten paid holidays
Role:
- Avg. 20 patients a day (23-24 scheduled (-) cancellations)
- 15-20 minutes with ea. patient
- Patients 18yrs old and up (need to be okay seeing both age groups)
- Call: One week of Call once a year
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related field.
- Valid state medical license and DEA certification.
- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
