Baptist Health Medical Group (BHMG), part of Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF), is seeking primary care physicians to join their Homestead ambulatory clinic located at Baptist Health Homestead Hospital, a Magnet Recognition with Distinction hospital serving southern Miami‑Dade County.

- Adult patient population only
- Provide preventive and proactive patient care, manage chronic disease, and coordinate multidisciplinary care
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience
- MD/DO from an accredited institution
- Active and unrestrictive medical license (or eligibility by start date)
- Successful completion of all required due diligence tasks and credentialing
- Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM)
- Residency training in an ACGME‑accredited Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Med‑Peds, or Preventive Medicine program is welcomed
