The OpportunityEmbark is looking for a proven, elite business development executive — not a manager of process, but a hunter and relationship architect who has spent a career opening doors at the C‑suite level and turning those relationships into revenue. What You’ll OwnDrive enterprise revenue by identifying, pursuing, and closing high‑value engagements with C‑level executives across finance, accounting, HR, and technology functions. Develop new markets — not manage existing ones. You’ll identify whitespace, build presence in untapped sectors, and establish Embark as the go‑to advisory firm. Activate and expand your network from day one. You bring relationships; you’ll leave with more. Lead consultative sales cycles end‑to‑end — from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close — with a clear command of value and ROI. Set the bar for pipeline discipline: accurate forecasting, rigorous activity metrics, and consistent execution across cold outreach, networking, and referral channels. Partner with delivery and practice leadership to sharpen service offerings and ensure client needs shape Embark’s market positioning.
