Position Overview

Integrated Product Team (IPT) Program Lead – Patriot Software and Training Devices (Patriot IPT). On‑site location: Tewksbury, MA. The role leads the strategy, execution, development, and delivery of all software and training device components for the Patriot program, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency in alignment with contract requirements and budgeted schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cost, schedule, and execution for the Patriot Software and Training Devices scope across assigned programs.
  • Develop and report on proposal costing, including BOEs, proposal review contributions, and monthly metrics.
  • Mentor and guide team leaders and engineers within the Patriot Software and Training Devices team.
  • Collaborate across functions and engineering disciplines, including Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Cross Product Teams (CPTs), and external partners.
  • Travel as required to meet programmatic objectives—regular travel within Massachusetts, occasional domestic, and potential international travel.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a STEM field; a bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics required.
  • Proven experience managing cost, schedule and execution for technical projects.
  • Experience leading or contributing to proposals (creating BOEs, leading proposal reviews).
  • Active, transferable U.S. government‑issued Secret security clearance required on day one; U.S. citizenship required.
  • Earned Value certification or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills for coordinating across internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with software development, deployment and testing.
  • Ability to collaborate with disciplines such as Quality, Reliability, and program management.
Benefits

Compensation: $132,400 – $251,600 annual salary (USD). Eligible benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, employee assistance program, parental leave, paid time off, holidays, and, depending on the business unit and collective bargaining agreement, incentive compensation programs. Relocation assistance is available.
