That’s why we’re seeking a qualified Director to manage and grow revenue from performance marketing/DTC/DR customers who can benefit from our products and services. The Director, Specialized Demand, Demand Facilitation (Sales) works closely with senior sales leadership to develop and manage relationships with key decision makers in the digital video ecosystem across performance driven customers. As the first line of communication with prospects and clients, ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, upselling current clients and maintaining a diverse book of business. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.In this role you will:* Represent our Magnite’s Performance Marketing products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs* Create, implement and own a sales pipeline* Establish strong relationships with clients through the complete sales cycle* Determine client needs and ensure proper contract execution for managed services (I/O) and programmatic buying* Work proactively with internal teams to convey relevant and appropriate reporting to clients* Continuously grow revenue in order to meet or exceed goals* Other duties as assigned by management* Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets* Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps* Utilize SalesForce, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities* Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services* Build long-term trusting relationships with clients and prospects* Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market* Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly resultsWe’re looking for someone with:* Programmatic media buying / planning / activation experience* Prior experience and working knowledge of online video, connected TV and programmatic ecosystem* Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience* 2-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding revenue targets* Strong communication and presentation skills via phone, email and in person* Proven creative problem-solving approach with strong organizational and analytical skills* Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization* Proficiency with SalesForce or other CRM software* Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving sales quotesIn NY, the base salary range for this role is $140,000 – $160,000.Actual compensation will be determined based on location, experience, skills, and internal equity.This role is also eligible for:* Annual performance-based bonus* Equity (NASDAQ: MGNI)* Comprehensive benefits packageDuring the interview process, candidates will receive more specific information about the salary range applicable to their experience and location.Perks and Benefits:* Comprehensive Healthcare Coverage from Day One* Generous Time Off* Holiday Breaks and Quarterly Wellness Days* Equity and Employee Stock Purchase Plan* Family-Focused Benefits and Parental Leave* 401k Retirement Savings Plan with Employer Match* Disability and Life Insurance* Cell Phone Subsidy* Monthly Fitness and ReimbursementCareer Growth:We support internal mobility, skill development, and leadership pathways through structured career frameworks and learning programs.Company Culture:Magnite’s culture is rooted in collaboration and connection, recognizing that both are essential to success.
