Einstein Healthcare Network, part of Jefferson Health, seeks a full‑time Physician to join a family medicine primary‑care practice in the Bustleton area of Northeast Philadelphia at the Einstein Physicians Center Onepractice.

• Outpatient employed position
• Chronic disease management
• Procedural interests in prenatal and geriatric medicine welcomed
• Population interests welcomed
• Collegial subspecialty support
• Supportive medical office staff
• 32 patient contact hours per week, 8 administrative hours per week
• 4‑day work week, Monday through Friday
• EMR – Cerner
• 18–20 patients per day
• Phone call only

• MD or DO from an accredited program
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
• Appropriate licenses and certifications

• Up to $240,000 guaranteed for 2 years
• 3rd year salary + RVU bonus of $30/RVU for RVUs above target
• Up to $50,000 sign‑on bonus
