Senior Sales Leader (Head of Sales – USA)
LocationPreferred: North Carolina (Highly Preferred), Atlanta, Georgia.
Compensation- 0KStrong OTE with significant upside linked to revenue performance
This is a pure revenue growth leadership role focused on expanding the US market footprint through new client acquisition and strategic enterprise relationships. You will own end‑to‑end sales execution, from pipeline creation to deal closure, working closely with India‑based delivery, pre‑sales, and lead generation teams.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new logo acquisition across the US market
- Build and expand enterprise‑level CXO relationships (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Transformation)
- Consistently generate and convert a strong sales pipeline into revenueCollaborate with delivery and pre‑sales teams based in India
- Establish scalable sales processes and eventually build a US sales team
We are looking for true hunters (not account managers) who have:
- Proven success in opening new accounts from scratch
- Strong track record in IT Services sales (offshore/nearshore mode)
- Experience generating multi‑million‑dollar revenue
- Ability to operate independently in a player‑coach mode
- 15+ years in IT Services / Technology Services sales
- Experience with SAP, Cloud, Data, Engineering, Digital Transformation services
- Background in mid‑sized IT Services or consulting organizations
- Strong US market exposure with measurable revenue ownership
- Proven history of exceeding sales quotas consistently
- Entrepreneurial mindset with “build‑from‑zero” experience
- New logo acquisition vs account farming ratio
- Deal size and revenue influence
- Strong pipeline creation capability in new territory
- Experience working with India‑based delivery teams
- Only candidates with strong hunting‑led IT Services sales experience will be considered
