Field-Based Patient Access & Education Partner (California)

Dyne Tx is seeking a Dyne Care Partner (DCP) based in Southern California who will provide patient and caregiver support throughout the treatment journey. This field-based role involves educating patients on disease management, coordinating care, and building relationships with healthcare providers to facilitate access to therapies.

The ideal candidate should have extensive healthcare experience, especially in patient services, with a focus on providing excellent service to individuals with neuromuscular diseases. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
