Optimus Healthcare is looking for a Family Medicine Physician to join our team-based model of care at our Park City Primary Care clinic.

• The ideal candidate must have a medical degree from an accredited Medical School
• Completion of a Residency from an accredited institution specializing in Family Medicine
• Must be Board Certified or Eligible to sit for exam
• Professional positive attitude, vision, understanding of customer service principals, trustworthiness, and excellent interpersonal skills to successfully accomplish tasks necessary to meet high standards of ethical and social responsibility required by this position
