Chief Counsel & Deal Architect — Equity Builder (Los Angeles)

Enduring Ventures seeks a General Counsel to lead the firm’s in-house legal function as the first legal owner across deals and portfolio. The role is hands-on, high-judgment, and centers on drafting negotiations and coordinating with outside counsel.

You will manage the legal function from day one in our Los Angeles office, handling cross-border distressed control acquisitions as deal size and complexity grow. Ownershiip and strategic input are core to this role.
