We are currently seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Diagnostic Radiologist to become part of our Portland, OR team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality, comprehensive care. You will collaborate with a compassionate team of physicians, along with supportive clinical and administrative staff. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clinical colleagues, perform fluoroscopy-guided procedures, contribute to conferences, and provide consultations efficiently.

What You Can Expect:
  • A balanced call schedule, shared equally among all Diagnostic Radiologists.
  • Options for 1.0 and 0.9 FTE positions (with prorated compensation).
  • A hybrid work model featuring a 4-day work week, with overnight call support from Nighthawk staff.
  • Access to a user-friendly advanced Epic EMR system.
  • Potential for leadership roles within the medical group, if desired.
  • Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
Minimum Requirements:
  • Board Certified or Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.
  • Fellowship training in Neuroradiology is preferred but not mandatory.

Current Hiring Incentives:
  • Relocation assistance of up to $15,000.
  • A generous sign-on and retention bonus of $55,000.
  • An annual salary range of $483,480 to $514,350, based on skills, qualifications, degrees, certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
