Collaborate with leadership to promote organizational values, wellness, and team engagement.</span></span></p></li><li><p data-path-to-node="6,2,0"><span ><span ><b data-index-in-node="0" data-path-to-node="6,2,0">Leadership & Coaching:</b> Serve on the leadership team to guide administrative planning, organizational growth, and provide HR coaching to managers.</span></span></p></li><li><p data-path-to-node="6,3,0"><span ><span ><b data-index-in-node="0" data-path-to-node="6,3,0">Admin & Grant Support:</b> Track staff funding allocations, manage grant reimbursement claims/reporting, and assist with audit preparation and policy development.</span></span></p></li></ul><div><br></div><ul data-path-to-node="9"><li><p data-path-to-node="9,0,0"><b data-index-in-node="0" data-path-to-node="9,0,0"><span >Experience:</span></b><span ><span > 3+ years in HR, administration, nonprofit operations, or organizational development.</span></span></p></li><li><p data-path-to-node="9,1,0"><span ><span ><b data-index-in-node="0" data-path-to-node="9,1,0">Education:</b> Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Leadership, or a related field (preferred).</span></span></p></li><li><p data-path-to-node="9,2,0"><span ><span ><b data-index-in-node="0" data-path-to-node="9,2,0">Skills:</b> Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS (Paycom preferred). Strong conflict resolution, communication, and time-management skills.</span></span></p></li><li><p data-path-to-node="9,3,0"><span ><span ><b data-index-in-node="0" data-path-to-node="9,3,0">Logistics:</b> Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation for local travel, and flexibility for occasional evening/weekend hours.
