We invite you to be a part of our expanding OBGyn Hospitalist program at a prominent medical facility in Washington, DC. We are actively seeking candidates for both full-time and PRN roles.
Position OverviewFull-time team members, working at a 1.0 FTE, will provide comprehensive 24/7 coverage, averaging six twenty-four-hour shifts each month. This role offers a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:

Key ResponsibilitiesIdeal candidates will be adept at handling emergencies in both obstetrics and gynecology and possess the adaptability to take on supportive roles as needed. They should practice evidence-based medicine collaboratively and advocate for patient safety and healthcare equity.
Reporting StructureThe OBGyn Hospitalist will report to the Medical Director, who in turn reports to the Vice President of Medical Affairs. Collaboration will also occur with the Director of Nursing, Director of Operations, and Chairperson of Women and Infant Services to enhance quality, safety, and patient-centered care initiatives. Additionally, the Clinical Associates will work closely with community obstetricians and maternal-fetal medicine specialists to address patient care needs, drive quality and safety initiatives, and enhance operational efficiency.
