What You'll Do:
As the Waste Control Lead, you'll keep operations running smoothly by:
- Leading and supporting the Waste Control team throughout the shift.
- Overseeing the collection, sorting, and disposal of production waste and packaging materials.
- Training employees on GMPs, food safety, PPE, and company procedures.
- Monitoring team performance and maintaining required documentation.
- Partnering with production and warehouse teams to maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility.
- Promoting compliance with all safety, quality, and company standards.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Pay
$20.00–$25.00 per hour
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of leadership experience in manufacturing, production, sanitation, warehouse, or waste control.
- Experience handling production waste and packaging materials.
- Ability to lead, motivate, train, and support a team.
- Knowledge of GMPs, food safety procedures, PPE requirements, and workplace safety standards.
- Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable attendance and availability to work the overnight schedule.
