Are you an experienced quality professional with leadership experience in aerospace or plastics manufacturing? We are seeking a Quality Inspection Supervisor to lead a team of Quality Inspectors and First Article Inspection (FAI) Technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about quality, continuous improvement, and developing high-performing teams. Candidates with AS9100 experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Type

Job Duties
- Lead and support Quality Inspectors and FAI Technicians in daily inspection activities
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements
- Perform inspections using measurement tools and visual inspection techniques
- Manage nonconforming material, including NCR creation and corrective action support
- Conduct and support internal, customer, and quality system audits
Schedule
Monday–Friday
7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Pay
$90,000–$120,000 per year
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a Quality Inspection role
- 1+ years of leadership or team lead experience
- Aerospace or plastics manufacturing experience required
- Strong GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) experience
- Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR regulations
