Button Finance is looking for motivated, career-driven individuals to join our team.

Officer Training Program. We provide the training, the support, and the path you need to become a successful, licensed Mortgage Loan Officer.

The Opportunity:
Our 4-week accelerated program is designed to take you from a motivated candidate to a licensed professional. You will receive comprehensive training on mortgage products, systems, compliance, and sales techniques to ensure you have the tools to succeed from Day 1.

Compensation & Rewards:
We believe in investing in our team. Our competitive compensation package during the training program includes:

• Weeks 1-2: $2,000 training stipend.
• Performance Incentive: Earn a $1,000 bonus by passing the SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator Test on your first attempt within the first two weeks.
• Weeks 3-4: An additional $2,000 stipend upon successful completion of the initial training phase.

Career Path
Success in this program opens the door to becoming a Mortgage Loan Officer at Button Finance.

Once you transition into the MLO role, you’ll be eligible for a highly competitive compensation structure, including:

• A flat commission of 1.15% of the funded loan amount.
• Additional Tiered Performance Bonuses (up to $7,500 total based on monthly volume).
