Marthaler Honda is hiring a full-time Automotive Sales & Finance Consultant. What Youll Do:
Assist customers throughout the vehicle-buying experience from initial contact through delivery.
Listen to customer needs and help match them with the right vehicle, options, and financing solutions.
Explain vehicle features, pricing, trade-in options, and available products in a clear and professional manner.
Support the finance process by gathering information, helping prepare paperwork, and working closely with the finance team.
Follow up with customers by phone, email, and in person to provide excellent service and build long-term relationships.
Maintain a strong understanding of available inventory, dealership processes, and customer programs.
Contribute to team goals while creating a positive, low-pressure customer experience.

Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Sales, retail, customer service, automotive, or finance experience preferred.
Valid drivers license required.
