Manufacture Mechanical Technician

Join our growing manufacturing team as a Mechanical Assembly Technician! We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with experience building industrial equipment and automated machinery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with mechanical systems, solving problems, and bringing complex machines from concept to completion.

As a Mechanical Assembly Technician, you will assemble, install, troubleshoot, and test custom machinery while working closely with engineers, electricians, and technicians to deliver high-quality, production-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble custom automated machinery, mechanical systems, and subassemblies from engineering drawings and work instructions
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, schematics, and bills of materials (BOMs)
• Install and align mechanical components including conveyors, pneumatics, actuators, bearings, and structural assemblies
• Perform drilling, tapping, fitting, fabrication, and mechanical adjustments as needed
• Assist with electrical component installation, sensors, motors, and control systems
• Troubleshoot and support equipment during assembly, testing, from start to final validation
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet quality and project deadlines

Qualifications

• Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical documentation
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment
• Knowledge of pneumatics, linear motion, bearings, drives, and mechanical systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to quality and attention to detail

Additional Requirements

• Ability to travel up to 25% to customer sites
• Must be available to work onsite Monday–Friday
• 1st or 2nd shift availability
