Part-Time Operations & Marketing Assistant
Location: Tulsa, OK (Hybrid - coworking space and occasional remote work)
Hours: 10-15 hours per week (flexible weekday schedule)
Compensation: $18-25/hour, depending on experience

We're looking for a highly organized, dependable, and tech-savvy Operations & Marketing Assistant who enjoys creating order, learning new systems, and helping a small business grow.
We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys keeping projects moving.
Responsibilities OperationsUpdate candidate bios and profiles
Schedule interviews and send reminders
Follow up with candidates regarding documentation and next steps
Organize and maintain Google Drive files
Create and update spreadsheets
Enter and maintain accurate data
Upload job postings to various platforms
Assemble client welcome packets
Prepare printed marketing materials and mailings
Create Canva graphics using existing brand templates
Organize webinar registrations and attendee lists
Assist with email marketing campaigns
Prepare postcards and direct mail campaigns
Assist with social media scheduling
Support other marketing projects as assigned
Organize digital files and documents
Help improve workflows and processes
Maintain accurate records
Assist with special projects that help the business operate efficiently
We're looking for someone who:
Is exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
Enjoys checklists, systems, and keeping projects organized
Communicates professionally by phone and email
Learns new software quickly
Is dependable and follows through on commitments
Is comfortable working independently
Has strong Google Workspace skills
Has experience with Canva
Maintains confidentiality and professionalism
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
Google Workspace
Canva
Trello
CRM systems
Social media scheduling tools
Small business operations
