Finance Associate

A full-service law firm seeks an associate to join their Financial Industry Group in their New York or Miami office.

The ideal candidate must have 3-7 years of substantive syndicated and bilateral lending experience representing investment banks and corporate/commercial banks. Experience in cross-border lending transactions and funds finance are a plus but not required. The group does highly sophisticated and diversified work. This position has great potential for advancement as the team is extremely busy and needs the support of an associate.
