Ergonomist - Automotive

We are seeking a professional to support the development of next-generation vehicle programs by identifying and resolving ergonomic risks before production begins. In this role, you will work closely with product design, manufacturing, and industrial engineering teams to ensure assembly processes are safe, efficient, and optimized for manufacturing personnel.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Ergonomics, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ergonomics, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or assembly environment, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of ergonomic risk assessment methodologies and workplace safety principles.
• Experience with CAD software; exposure to Digital Human Modeling (DHM) tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
