Engineering Consulting Firm in White Plains, New York. We specialize in the design of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection systems for residential, commercial, industrial and institutional clients. We offer exciting projects in a team-oriented atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will have experience designing commercial and residential HVAC Mechanical systems. They will have experience with heating and cooling calculations, ductwork, piping and HVAC equipment selection.

Responsibilities:

- Field surveys of buildings and systems.

- Performance of computer driven load calculations.

- Design and creation of drawings, diagrams, sketches and schematics using AutoCad.

- Review and analysis of construction documents.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years experience designing Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning systems.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

- EIT or PE preferred.

- Experience with Mechanical Systems including VRF systems, boilers, air handling units, etc.

- Basis knowledge of Electrical, and Plumbing systems.

- Proficiency in AutoCad.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills and an ability to

- Ability to work independently and to multitask.
