Humar Resources/ Payroll Manager

The HR Payroll Manager performs the company's payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. This role involves managing employee benefits coordination, maintaining accurate employee data, and continuously improving payroll operations including handling unemployment claims. The payroll cycle is run bi-weekly to meet organizational and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing on a bi-weekly cycle
• Monitor compliance with payroll laws and regulations
• Coordinate employee benefits administration
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll data
• Identify and implement process improvements in payroll operations
• Handle unemployment claims and related documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in payroll management
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Restaurant HR experience a must
• Multi location and multi company experience
• Utilize AI technology to streamline processes and reduce processing errors
