Director of Rehab

Our organization is in search of a Director of Rehabilitation to spearhead our on-site rehabilitation services within a compassionate, resident-focused senior living community. This pivotal role involves overseeing physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT), and speech therapy services, ensuring that residents receive tailored, goal-oriented care across independent living, assisted living, and memory care environments.

• Supervise and mentor therapy staff to foster professional growth and excellence.
• Manage therapy schedules and caseloads effectively.
• Monitor patient outcomes and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Medicare requirements.
• Collaborate closely with nursing staff, physicians, and family members to promote safe mobility, enhance functionality, and improve overall quality of life for residents.
• Drive the growth of the rehabilitation program while focusing on staff development and continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in a rehabilitation leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and Medicare guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
