As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and a trusted partner to employees. You'll play a critical role in aligning people priorities with business objectives while helping to build a high-performing, inclusive, and compliant workplace.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategic Partnership

  • Collaborate with leadership to design and execute people strategies aligned with business goals
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness
  • Leverage HR data and insights to inform decision-making and mitigate risk

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Serve as a go-to advisor on employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns
  • Lead and support workplace investigations with professionalism and discretion
  • Ensure adherence to employment legislation and internal policies

Talent & Organizational Development

  • Drive performance management, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives
  • Partner with leaders to identify, develop, and retain high-potential talent
  • Support leadership development and employee growth programs

Programs & Change Initiatives

  • Partner on recruitment, compensation cycles, and organizational changes
  • Contribute to HR transformation and continuous improvement projects
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful, scalable HR solutions

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including partnering directly with business leaders
  • Strong expertise in employee relations, investigations, and performance management
  • Solid knowledge of employment law (California experience preferred)
  • Experience in complex, fast-paced environments (manufacturing, tech, or similar highly valued)
  • Exposure to global organizations and cross-cultural collaboration
