What You'll Do
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will:
- Advise at the highest levels. Build lasting relationships with senior business leaders and serve as their go-to strategic partner on all things people-related.
- Turn strategy into action. Partner with the business to implement initiatives that advance organizational goals and strengthen an inclusive culture.
- Solve what others can't. Take a leadership role in resolving complex HR and business issues, protecting both employees and the organization from risk.
- Elevate leaders. Coach managers and executives to sharpen their day-to-day leadership effectiveness.
- See around corners. Anticipate future workforce needs using analytics and external research, and bring those insights to senior business and HR leadership.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant HR experience (or 8+ years of relevant HR experience in lieu of a degree)
- Broad knowledge across HR disciplines, with demonstrated depth in at least one of: leadership/employee development, performance management, employee engagement, talent management and organizational design, Total Rewards, employee relations, or talent acquisition
- Exceptional communication, presentation, listening, and client relationship management skills
- Experience in a consultative, problem-solving role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- A self-motivated, flexible mindset — comfortable working independently in a dynamic, changing environment
- Ability to meet nuclear requirements for Unescorted Site Access
- A valid Real ID or an approved form of alternate documentation
- Compliance with the Department of Energy's regulation 10 CFR 810
What Sets You Apart
