Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in developing functional and technical specifications for projects.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and project discussions.
• Track and document project risks, issues, and action items.
• Support system enhancements, implementations, and testing efforts.
• Create and maintain training materials and user documentation.

Qualifications
