HR Business Partner | Bethel, CT - On-site | $75-110k base

Our client, a global leader in advanced engineering and manufacturing for the medical device industry, is hiring an HR Business Partner to join their Bethel, CT site. This is a great opportunity for an HR generalist who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and wants to make a direct impact on business strategy and employee experience.

This position is onsite 5 days a week, and will pay between $75-110K on a base salary, depending on experience and fit

What You'll Do

• Partner with site leadership to align talent strategy with business goals
• Lead recruitment for hourly/temp labor — sourcing, screening, onboarding
• Support Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and workforce planning efforts
• Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations
• Coach leaders on performance management, career development, and discipline
• Build succession plans and identify training/development needs
• Ensure compliance with employment law and mitigate HR-related risk

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related discipline
• 4+ years of HR generalist experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Solid grasp of compensation, employee relations, performance management, and employment law
• Strong interpersonal communication, organization, and analytical skills
• Excellent Technical Skills, ADP Workforce Now, and SuccessFactors a plus
