Retail Sales Assistant

Full-Time In-Person Position

We're recruiting on behalf of a growing sales and marketing company expanding its retail promotions team. Working with nationally recognized brands, the company delivers face-to-face marketing campaigns, customer acquisition initiatives, and retail sales promotions designed to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment, thrive on interacting with customers, and want to develop valuable skills in retail sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and brand representation. Previous experience is welcome but not essential, as comprehensive training is provided.

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will:

• Engage with customers in retail locations and promotional event settings


• Promote client products and services through face-to-face customer interactions


• Build rapport with customers and deliver exceptional customer service


• Support customer acquisition and brand awareness campaigns


• Demonstrate product knowledge and confidently answer customer questions


• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services


• Represent client brands professionally while maintaining high customer service standards


• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and campaign performance goals
