Job Description
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience representing banks and other financial institutions in structured finance transactions, including asset-backed securities (ABS) and collateralized loan obligation (CLO) matters, as well as project finance and loan agency work. For mid-level candidates, experience negotiating and drafting credit agreements and structuring loan transactions is required.
Qualifications:
2–3 years of relevant experience in structured finance, banking, or restructuring matters
Experience with ABS, CLOs, project finance, and loan agency transactions
For mid-level candidates, demonstrated experience with credit agreements and loan structures
Excellent academic credentials
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Client-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
Active membership in the New York State Bar

Compensation & Benefits:
The expected salary range for this position is $235,000–$260,000, with final compensation determined based on education, experience, job-related factors permitted by law, internal equity, market data, and geographic differentials.
