POSITION: Food & Beverage - Hospitality Coordinator
LOCATION: New York, NY
KEY PARTNERS: Procurement Manager, venue Customer Experience Managers, VP Hospitality
ABOUT THE ROLE
The HOSPITALITY Coordinator is the operational backbone of ATG’s Hospitality Operations team. This role keeps data, systems, and day-to-day coordination running smoothly so the Director, Hospitality can focus on strategy and execution across our venue network. You will be the person who keeps reporting accurate, systems running, training materials organized, and the HOSPITALITY Operations team’s work moving forward.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
1. Reporting & Data Support
• Pull together P&L, POS, and sales data across venues into a consolidated view for the Senior Manager, Hospitality.
• Maintain and update performance dashboards, flagging notable trends or discrepancies.
• Support ad hoc data requests and analysis as new hospitality initiatives roll out.
2. Systems Administration
• Serve as the day-to-day administrator for POS
• Manage user access, troubleshoot routine issues, and coordinate fixes with vendors or IT as needed.
• Be the point of escalation CEMs and venue staff can reach out to for system-related questions.
3. Training Material Coordination
• Help build and maintain training resources and toolkits that enable CEMs to train and support their own venue Hospitality staff.
• Keep training materials current as products, standards, or systems change.
• Organize and track completion of required certifications and training across venues.
4. Procurement & Vendor Administrative Support
• Provide administrative support to the Procurement Manager, including purchase order tracking, vendor documentation, and order reconciliation.
• Help maintain accurate, organized vendor and contract records.
5. Team & Project Coordination
• Coordinate scheduling, meeting logistics, and follow-up on action items for the Hospitality Operations team.
• Track progress on key initiatives and help keep projects organized and on schedule.

You are highly organized, comfortable with data and systems, and energized by being the person who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. You take pride in accuracy and follow-through, and you are a natural point of contact for people who need a quick, reliable answer.
Essential Experience & Skills
• 1–3 years of experience in an operations, coordinator, or administrative support role, ideally in food & beverage, Hospitality, or a multi-location business.
• Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills and comfort working with data from multiple sources.
• Experience with POS systems and/or time & attendance software, or ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written communication skills — you will be creating and maintaining materials others rely on.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and follow through independently.
Desirable Experience
• Experience supporting training program development or documentation.
• Familiarity with procurement or purchasing processes.
• Experience in live entertainment, venue operations, or multi-unit Hospitality.
