Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner / RN — Medical Spa (Central Orange County, CA)

Position: Aesthetic NP or RN
Schedule: 1–3 days per week (flexible)
Compensation: $60/hour + 16% commission
Location: Central Orange County, CA

About the Practice
A well-established, high-end medical spa in Central Orange County is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled injector looking for a flexible schedule and strong earning potential.

Position Overview
We're looking for a confident, experienced injector to provide neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments, along with other aesthetic services, to our established clientele. Candidates with an existing book of business are strongly preferred, as this role offers the opportunity to build a thriving practice within our spa.

Responsibilities

• Perform Botox/Dysport and dermal filler injections with precision and artistry
• Conduct thorough patient consultations, assessing goals and recommending appropriate treatment plans
• Maintain detailed and compliant patient records
• Ensure adherence to all safety, sanitation, and medical protocols
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships to support retention and referrals
• Collaborate with the spa's medical director and support staff

Qualifications

• Active NP or RN license in California
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience
• Previous and/or existing book of business strongly preferred
• Advanced proficiency in neuromodulators and dermal fillers; additional aesthetic skills (PDO threads, sclerotherapy, PRP, laser) a plus
• Excellent bedside manner and consultative sales ability
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

Compensation & Schedule

• $60/hour base pay
• 16% commission on services performed
• Flexible schedule: 1–3 days per week
